04/The Method

Movement is
a practice.

Approachable mobility exercises, movement exploration, and practical education. Three phases, repeated for as long as you have a body.

04.1/The three phases

The three phases

01

Discover/

Understand how your body moves today.

Every session starts with a simple look at what your joints can do right now: hips, spine, shoulders, ankles. Not a test to pass. A baseline to work from.

02

Explore/

Practice mobility and movement patterns.

Slow, controlled work at the edges of your range. Ground movement, hanging, squatting, rotating. The aim is control at the end of the range, not just reaching it.

03

Integrate/

Bring more movement into everyday life.

The practice only matters if it leaves the room. We build small, repeatable movement habits that attach to the day you already have: the desk, the stairs, the kettle, the commute.
